This year’s event will have 2 separate track levels with 6 hours of classes each, and 3 nights of social dancing, including live music on Friday and Saturday night!

What is Slow Balboa?

Slow Bal, or Slow Balboa, is a close embrace swing dance from the 1940s. You dance it to the slow jazz music of that time. It is a playful and above all elegant dance, influenced by historic dancers Dean and Nancy Raftery and Ray Cunningham.
